The culinary journey begins on Friday, May 3rd, at 6 p.m., with a traditional Mexican food cooking class led by Sous Chef, Chef Elvia Leacock. In celebration of Fiesta, attendees will immerse themselves in the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine, learning how to craft authentic street tacos and mole sauce. Mixologist Ryan Irish will complement the experience by teaching guests the art of crafting tequila-infused cocktails, including house-made margaritas and refreshing palomas.

Continuing the series on Friday, May 10th, at 6 p.m., Sous Chef Andres Santos will guide participants through a sushi rolling and ceviche demonstration. Guests will learn the art of sushi rolling and discover the secrets to creating flavorful ceviche, accompanied by iconic tiki cocktails such as Mai Tais and exotic rum punches.

On Friday, May 17th, at 6 p.m., Chef de Cuisine Pastry, Winston Williams, will unveil the secrets of chocolate making, sharing expert tips for creating decadent desserts. Guests will also explore the art of wine pairing with chocolate delicacies.

The series concludes on Saturday, May 18th, with a sumptuous tasting dinner featuring rare allocated bourbons and cut steak tastings. Guests will savor world-renowned whiskeys paired with a meticulously curated tasting menu crafted by the resort’s culinary team.
