Four Brothers: Southern Provisions opens up their new Riverwalk restaurant

Four Brothers: Southern Provisions just opened their doors on August 25, 2022. Located within the Omni La Mansión Del Rio hotel downtown San Antonio at 112 College Street, this high end restaurant serves up Southern and South Texas cuisine led by Executive Chef Andres Farias.

The establishment is based on Latin and French influences with an added mixture of our Southern hospitality that you find in this great city, this restaurant is inviting and comfortable for all types of guests willing to check it out.

The restaurant had hosted a soft opening on Tuesday, August 23rd and we were excited about the dishes served up on Farias’ new menu. Some mentionables at the event was the Chicken Adovada. It’s a roasted half chicken with red chile sauce along with its sides of roasted potatoes, charred leeks and crema blanca.

This new downtown spot will serve up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the place that previously hosted Las Canarias. One of the delicious breakfast items that screams San Antonio and South Texas is the Smoked Brisket Benedict. It has shredded brisket, two poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise, buttermilk biscuit and breakfast potatoes that is packed with flavor. They also serve up simple items for those in a hurry such as fresh fruits, yogurt and various types of muffins.

There’s option to dine outside on the Riverwalk, a bar to enjoy a cocktail after a hard day at the office or host a business meeting. The patio are just steps away from the San Antonio River.
