NEW BRAUNFELS, TX — November 7, 2025 — The wait is over, y’all! 🎉 Grab your steins and lederhosen because Wurstfest 2025 officially kicks off today, Friday, November 7, at the Wursthalle in New Braunfels. Gates open at 4 p.m., with the Opening Ceremony beginning at 5:30 p.m., marking the start of ten days of German-inspired fun, food, music, and family festivities.
Wurstfest — known as “The Ten-Day Salute to Sausage” — has been a beloved Texas tradition for more than six decades, celebrating the city’s rich German heritage with a mix of culture, community, and culinary delights.

Discount tickets are available now only online at wurstfest.com/festival-admissions. Guests are encouraged to download their tickets in advance and head straight to the gates — no waiting in ticket lines!

This year, Wurstfest goes completely ticketless — meaning no more drink or food ticket lines! All vendors and bars will now accept credit and debit cards, letting guests head straight for the Bavarian beer, food, entertainment, and shopping.
