SAN ANTONIO โ Dec. 6, 2025 โ WinterFest San Antonio, one of the cityโs most anticipated seasonal celebrations, returns this Saturday at North Central Baptist Hospital with a full day of family-friendly activities โ including 80,000 pounds of real snow.
Presented by Baptist Health System, the annual event transforms the hospital grounds into a winter-inspired festival featuring snow slides, carnival rides, live entertainment, and holiday shopping. Families will also have the opportunity to take photos with Santa, enjoy hands-on kids activities, and explore food and drink offerings from local vendors.
WinterFest is more than a holiday attraction. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Brighton Center, a local nonprofit that provides early intervention services and support for children with disabilities and developmental delays. The partnership underscores the eventโs ongoing commitment to strengthening community resources and making a positive impact for San Antonio families.
โThis event brings together the joy of the season and the spirit of giving,โ organizers said. โWinterFest continues to be a place where families can celebrate while also supporting vital services for children in our community.โ
