Ever since 2007, when the San Antonio banking giant had publicly announced their bonus percentage for employees, 2020 was the lowest percentage in the company’s history.
Employee’s bonus had fell to 10.1% due to the complications of the COVID-19 pandemic. Back in 2012, the bank had awarded employees with an 18.8% bonus, the highest amount that was reported to the public.
Also to report, San Antonio’s largest employer also had a near normal profit this year despite everything that’s going on around the world. During the first nine months, all four corporate entities had reported a total over $1.2 billion in profits.
