The Village to Host ‘Cocktails in the Courtyard’ Happy Hour Series

SAN ANTONIO, TX — A new women’s social club preparing to open in San Antonio is giving the public an early look at its concept with a series of Thursday happy hours in Southtown this October.

The Village, a new members social club built by women for women, will host “Cocktails in the Courtyard” on four Thursdays throughout October at its future headquarters at 723 S. Flores St.

The events are scheduled from 4:30 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 8, 15, 22 and 29.

While The Village has not officially opened, the ticketed events will be open to both members and non-members, offering guests a preview of the community and experiences planned for the new Southtown destination.

Cocktails, Mahjong and Pullman Market Bites

Each happy hour will give guests an opportunity to meet other women, socialize over cocktails and learn more about The Village and its membership options.

Tickets are $35 per person and include admission, bites from Pullman Market, valet parking and access to activities including open-play Mahjong, cornhole and card games.

Cocktails and other beverages will be available for purchase separately.

Organizers say the series is designed to bring women together to celebrate existing relationships while creating opportunities for new friendships and a greater sense of community.

Space for each event is limited, and tickets are available through The Village’s ticketing page.

New Women’s Social Club Opening in Late 2026

The Village is expected to officially open in late 2026.

The new concept is being designed as more than a traditional social club, combining several wellness, hospitality and community-focused offerings under one roof.

Plans call for spa services, beauty treatments, fitness classes, healing amenities, elevated food and drinks, childcare and programming designed around its members.

The October happy hour series will serve as a preview of that broader concept ahead of the club’s official opening.

Those interested in membership can join the waitlist and learn more through The Village website.
