THE JERK SHACK ANNOUNCES NEW DINNER SERIES: CARIBBEAN SOUL NIGHTS BY CHEF NICOLA BLAQUE

The weekly dinner series will feature a Caribbean-inspired menu and live music from local artists

SAN ANTONIO, TX (August 6, 2024) – Award-winning Chef Nicola Blaque is thrilled to introduce Caribbean Soul Nights, a new dinner series at her renowned restaurant, The Jerk Shack. This exciting event will feature a curated Caribbean-inspired menu by Chef Nicola, accompanied by live music from talented local artists. The dinner series will take place weekly, with no cover charge for attendees.

Caribbean Soul Nights will kick off on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, with an inaugural menu that includes:

• Griot with Plantain Tostadas: Haitian-style crispy pork served with pickled vegetables and Scotch Bonnet thyme aioli
• Crispy Salmon: Served with oyster cream, garlic haricot verts, and caviar
• Jamaican-style Bread Pudding: Served with rum ice cream

All of these delectable dishes will be available for $30. Additionally, The Jerk Shack’s a la carte menu will remain available on these special evenings.

The series will begin at 5 p.m. each Wednesday, starting this week, and will feature a performance by local artist Kiikii Star. Guests can look forward to enjoying a blend of flavorful Caribbean cuisine and vibrant live music, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
