The Faust Hotel Reopens as Boutique Wedding Destination
New Braunfels hotel now booking intimate wedding celebrations through 2028
NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — Following an extensive renovation, The Faust Hotel has emerged as one of New Braunfels’ newest boutique wedding destinations, offering couples a combination of historic character, modern amenities and a full destination-style experience in the heart of downtown.
The hotel is now touring couples and booking weddings for 2026, 2027 and 2028. The property is seeing increased interest from couples seeking an intimate, weekend-long celebration rather than a traditional single-day wedding.
Unlike standalone event venues, The Faust allows couples and their guests to celebrate, stay and dine in one walkable location. Wedding parties can spend the weekend together in the hotel’s boutique accommodations, visit its restaurants and bars, and explore nearby downtown attractions, including local boutiques, coffee shops, nightlife and the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.
The setup gives couples the feel of a destination wedding without requiring guests to travel outside downtown New Braunfels.
Designed for weddings of up to 100 guests, The Faust offers a personalized experience in an elegant, restored setting. Wedding packages may include a ceremony and cocktail hour on the Magnolia Patio, followed by a reception in the hotel’s renovated Ballroom.
Packages also include up to 12 hours of exclusive venue access, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, in-house catering, bar service and dedicated event planning support. Boutique guestroom accommodations and valet parking are also available for wedding guests.
One of the property’s main advantages is its ability to serve as a central gathering place throughout the wedding weekend. Couples can reserve room blocks so family members and friends can stay together while enjoying brunches, cocktails and downtown activities between wedding events.
The all-in-one format is designed to create a smoother and more memorable experience for both couples and their guests.
Couples planning a shorter engagement can also take advantage of a limited-time promotion offering $1,000 off the venue rental for remaining available 2026 wedding dates. The offer can be redeemed by mentioning the promotion at the time of booking.
With its historic architecture, boutique hospitality and downtown location, The Faust Hotel is offering a new take on the modern wedding weekend in New Braunfels.
