Local Jr. High, High School and College students compete to see who can build the best dog house in San Antonio.
The festival is free and open to the public at the Mission Marquee Plaza (3100 Roosevelt Ave). Bring your four-legged furry friend along because they’re also giving away 300 rabies shots and 300 microchips to the public from 1pm till 4pm. Don’t have a furry friend but you’re looking to adopt from rescue facilities? They got you.
Dressing up your dog is encouraged because you can enter them into the costume contest & weiner derby.
There will be food served up by food trucks and various entertainment will keep you movin’ and groovin’.
