St. Paul Square Dinner Club Returns July 29 with Chef Jared Cattoni at Dos Sirenos Brewing
San Antonio, TX – July 10, 2025 – San Antonio’s culinary scene is set to sizzle with creativity and flavor at the next St. Paul Square Dinner Club event, a one-night-only summer dining experience featuring the wildly imaginative Chef Jared Cattoni. Taking place Tuesday, July 29 at 6:30 PM inside Dos Sirenos Brewing, this exclusive pop-up dinner will offer guests a five-course menu that’s as daring as it is delicious.
Located in the heart of Southtown, Dos Sirenos Brewing—recently voted #1 Brewery in San Antonio (2024)—is known for its vibrant indoor-outdoor atmosphere, house-brewed craft beers, and support of local creatives. The beloved brewpub serves as the perfect setting for this culinary showcase, combining bold dishes with a laid-back, welcoming vibe.

Salmon Belly Burnt Ends – IPA chili glaze, crispy vermicelli, pickled sesame slaw

Radicchio Wedge – pickled and seared radicchio, Gorgonzola cream, crispy pancetta
Third Course
Pistachio-Crusted Lamb – mint pesto, grilled peach and heirloom tomato
Dessert
Avocado Ice Cream – ube pound cake, pomegranate cherry sauce
