Spurs make deal with newest free agent

The Spurs made a deal with Trey Lyles after Marcus Morris backed out of his agreement with the professional basketball organization.

Lyles agreed to a two-year deal according to league sources.

The 6-foot, 10-inch power forward is 24-years-old that averaged 8.5 points and 4 rebounds with the Denver Nuggets last season.

As far as Marcus Morris, he signed with the New York Knicks for a one-year $15-million deal that he found best for his family. Morris said that he wasn’t knocking the Spurs in any way.
