Spain Fusion Returns to San Antonio with Free Culinary Showcase

San Antonio, Texas (October 3, 2025) – Culinary and hospitality professionals across Texas are invited to indulge in one of the most anticipated food and wine events of the year as Spain Fusion 2025 returns to San Antonio. Hosted by Vocento, the team behind Madrid Fusion, the free, immersive experience will take place on Friday, October 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Pearl.

The event offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore Spain’s finest culinary products and traditions through exclusive tastings, educational panels, and networking opportunities. Guests will be introduced to premium offerings including Iberian ham, seafood, olive oil, cheeses, conservas, and wines from some of Spain’s premier exporters—many debuting their products in the Texas market.

Michelin-Starred Chefs and Culinary Leaders

Spain Fusion will feature interactive sessions with acclaimed culinary instructors and Michelin-starred chefs, including Junanlu Fernández, Luis Roger, and Xosé T. Cannas, who will showcase Spanish cooking techniques, recipes, and innovations. Attendees will also have the chance to connect directly with distributors and culinary leaders shaping the Texas food and beverage industry.

A Day of Programming and a Night of Festivities

The event is split into two parts:

• Spain Fusion Daytime (11:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.)
  Educational programming, product tastings, and presentations highlighting the diversity of Spanish cuisine and beverages.

• Spain Fusion Night Out (7 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
  Networking under the stars at the historic Pearl, featuring tasting demonstrations, passed bites, and beverages at the Cellars Pavilion.

Both formats are designed to be come-and-go, giving participants the flexibility to experience the event on their own schedule.

Spain Fusion 2025 is open to food, beverage, and hospitality professionals as well as distributors. A limited number of spots will be available for the general public on a first-come, first-served basis. All attendees must be 21+ and RSVP in advance to secure entry.
