SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 23, 2025) – Smashin Crab and Go’Shen Point BBQ are joining forces this holiday season to bring bold flavors and community impact through their new Thanksgiving campaign, The Smokin’ Harvest. Launching October 1, the program combines Cajun spice with Texas pit smoke to create a feast designed for San Antonio families, while giving back to local foster children.
Proceeds from The Smokin’ Harvest will directly benefit the Bexar County Children’s Court Foster Children Luggage Provision, an initiative that provides essential supplies to children entering foster care as they transition to new homes.
Holiday Offerings with a Purpose
Smashin Crab is also introducing turkey plates at all three San Antonio locations—including The Daily Docket Café inside the courthouse—offering guests an early taste of Thanksgiving. Plates will be available every Friday, October 3 through November 21.
Families who pre-order their Thanksgiving meals between October 1–31 will be eligible for Early Gobbler Rewards as a thank-you for supporting the cause:

Spend $100+: Entry into a charity raffle, with the winner directing a $500 donation to a local nonprofit.

Spend $150+: Raffle entry + access to a Cajun-spiced rotisserie chicken add-on ($15 value for just $5.50).

Spend $200+: Raffle entry + chicken perk + entry into a private chef surf & turf dinner for four raffle.
Additionally, for every turkey meal over $200, Smashin Crab and Go’Shen Point BBQ will donate $10 to the foster children’s luggage program.
