Security Service Federal Credit Union Donates $500,000 to Support Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Efforts

SAN ANTONIO, TX — In the wake of the devastating floods that swept through the Texas Hill Country over the July 4th holiday weekend, Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has stepped forward with a $500,000 donation to The Salvation Army. The generous contribution will aid both immediate disaster relief and long-term recovery for families affected by the historic tragedy.

The catastrophic flooding has taken a heartbreaking toll, claiming the lives of nearly 90 individuals, including several children, with many still missing. Entire communities have been left shattered, as residents grapple with the loss of loved ones, homes, and a sense of normalcy.
