San Antonio’s newly built Frost Tower is now on the market

The 24-story Frost Tower at 111 Houston Street has been listed without an asking price on Newmark’s website.

Newmark names it as the “Crown Jewel of San Antonio” and is a Class AA tower that redefined the skyline of the Alamo City. When completed in 2019, the Frost Tower was San Antonio’s largest office tower that was completed in over 30 years.

The tower comprises of 457,404 square foot of space with a 6.5 story parking garage sitting on 2.8 acres. Frost Tower is 80% leased with 60% to Frost Bank, the anchored tenant of the building. Frost Tower was designed by renowned Pelli Clarke Pelli architects.

Frost Tower was built to replace the aging Frost Bank Tower headquarters downtown San Antonio, which the City of San Antonio had purchased it to be used to house all 24 city departments.
