Les Dames d’ Escoffier International, a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, beverage, nutrition and hospitality put together a list of area San Antonio restaurants that are helping by giving back to the Maui, HI fire victims with their Mahalo for Maui, Hawaii program.
