SAN ANTONIO, TX โ€” As National Whiskey Day on March 27 and National Beer Day on April 7 approach, San Antonio restaurants and hotels are preparing a lineup of themed experiences designed to celebrate two of Americaโ€™s most popular pours.

Local partners, including Kimpton Santo San Antonio โ€“ Riverwalk and Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa, are offering a mix of curated tastings, rooftop specials, and discounted drinks paired with shareable bites, giving guests multiple ways to join in the celebration.

At Kimpton Santo, the spotlight will be on both whiskey and beer with two distinct experiences. For National Beer Day, Tenfold Rooftop will host โ€œBuckets & Views,โ€ offering skyline seating alongside $28 buckets of import and domestic beers and $32 seltzer buckets. Guests can pair their drinks with menu favorites such as Baja Bass Ceviche and Smoky Chorizo Oysters while enjoying elevated views of downtown.

For National Whiskey Day, The Study at Deanโ€™s will feature a Whiskey Social, highlighting a curated selection of premium pours. Guests can expect a range of options, from well-known labels like Buffalo Trace and Russellโ€™s Reserve 15-Year to rare selections including Pappy Van Winkle 23-Year and a variety of Scotch whiskies such as The Glenlivet. The experience is designed to offer a more intimate setting, complemented by small bites and craft cocktails.

Meanwhile, Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa is focusing on National Beer Day with offerings across two of its on-site venues. At Anaqua Garden Bar, guests can enjoy half-off domestic beer buckets throughout the day in a relaxed outdoor setting. Happy hour from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. will also feature shareable bites, creating a laid-back environment for groups and after-work gatherings.

Inside the hotel, Corinne San Antonio will offer $3 pours of Golden Alamo beer in partnership with Alamo Beer Company. Guests can pair the brews with menu items or specialty shareables like beer cheese and warm pretzel bites, creating a casual yet elevated dining experience.

Together, these offerings highlight San Antonioโ€™s growing hospitality scene, where hotels and restaurants continue to create themed experiences that blend food, drinks, and atmosphere.

With both National Whiskey Day and National Beer Day on the horizon, locals and visitors alike will have multiple opportunities to raise a glass and celebrate across the city.
