San Antonio’s hospitality and culinary scene is ushering in the holiday season with an array of festive pop-ups, limited-time menus, and family-friendly experiences spanning bakeries, hotels, restaurants, rooftop bars, and neighborhood favorites. From Christmas pies and family meal packs to rooftop celebrations and classic tea service, local businesses are offering residents and visitors a wide range of ways to celebrate throughout December.

Bakery Lorraine has opened pre-orders for its annual lineup of Christmas pies, treats, and holiday rolls, now available through Saturday, December 20 at all locations. Orders can be picked up on Tuesday, December 23 or Wednesday, December 24 until 4 p.m.
This year’s offerings include seven holiday pies priced at $35 each, with flavors such as Whiskey Pecan, Key Lime, Sweet Potato Meringue, and Apple Cranberry. Guests can also select from a wide assortment of holiday macarons, including Pistachio, Earl Grey, Caramel Apple, Egg Nog, and White Chocolate Peppermint.
Additional seasonal highlights include a classic Bûche de Noël, the Merry Munchies Pastry Box, and Garlic & Herb Rolls.




















Anaqua Garden Bar has once again transformed into “Miracle on Arciniega,” a holiday pop-up open through Sunday, December 28. The venue features festive décor, seasonal cocktails served in themed mugs, s’mores activations, a tunnel of lights, and hourly snow showers.
Specialty cocktails include Sleigh All Day, Naughty But Nice, and Sweet Sanctuary. Guests can also enjoy a S’mores Board and homemade beef and chicken tamales. Reservations are recommended.

Dean’s Steak & Seafood will offer a Christmas Day Beef Wellington special on Thursday, December 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The $65 feature includes a six-ounce tenderloin wrapped in puff pastry, mushroom duxelles and Dijon, served with red wine jus. The regular menu will also be available.
Atop the hotel, Tenfold Rooftop presents “The Tenth Noel,” a weeklong Christmas pop-up running December 19–25. Guests can enjoy sweeping skyline views along with festive drinks such as the Coco Noel Toddy and Jingle Juice Margarita, plus elevated holiday bites including Pork Belly Tartines and Flame Kissed Oysters.
Jots Restaurant at The Gunter Hotel will serve its Signature Christmas Prime Rib December 22–26 for $29 per person. The plate features rosemary au jus, horseradish cream and smashed potatoes.
Paris Baguette, located inside the hotel, is offering limited-time seasonal pastries including Peppermint Mochi Donuts, Snowman King Cream Donuts, and specialty lattes.
Live entertainment continues at the Gunter’s Bar 414 and the Vinyl Library, with performances every Thursday through Saturday in December, except Christmas Day.



Families are invited to The St. Anthony Hotel for its annual Afternoon Tea with Santa on Saturday, December 20 from 3:30–4:30 p.m. Three tiered tea experiences are available, ranging from children’s tea stands to Champagne-paired service for adults. Guests can enjoy seasonal treats, elegant holiday décor, and a meet-and-greet with Santa.
Freight Fried Chicken at Pearl is offering $50 family meal packs featuring 8 or 10 chicken tenders and a choice of three shareable sides such as Mac N Cheese, Loaded Potato Salad, or Seasoned Fries. Add-ons—including biscuits and hot honey drizzle—are also available.








The Jerk Shack is offering two seasonal specials:
Family Meal Packs ($70–$75), which include 14 pieces of chicken, three sides, and plantains, and a Dine-In Holiday Family Package, available through December 31. The dine-in package feeds 4–6 guests and includes two appetizers, three entrées, and three sides with highlights such as Jerk Chicken Empanadas, Curry Chicken, and Cheesy Grits.











La PanaderĂa is spreading seasonal cheer with limited-time offerings available through New Year’s, including an Horchata Cold Foam Latte topped with house-made cold foam and fresh nutmeg, as well as an Abuelita Chocolate Tiramisu combining espresso, mascarpone, KahlĂşa and Abuelita chocolate.
San Antonio-based Twang has unveiled its Fiesta Lime Rimming Salt, now available online and at select Spec’s stores. The $5 blend features red, white, and green crystals designed to enhance holiday cocktails and mocktails. Twang’s full lineup of snack salts, beer salts, and Michelada mixes remains available year-round.
Otto’s Ice House at Pearl is welcoming the holiday season with its signature Texas hospitality. Open daily at 11 a.m., the venue offers indoor-outdoor seating ideal for casual gatherings, office celebrations, and family meetups. Gift cards are also available for purchase onsite, providing an easy gifting option for food lovers and friends.
