San Antonians quickly picked up inaccuracy in new Selena: The Series

There is a scene of the San Antonio skyline that features the iconic Tower of the Americas along with the Grand Hyatt, a building that was constructed in 2008.

The video of the tower and hotel was in the second episode about 14 minutes when it showed Selena along with her family going to the Tejano Music Awards in the late 1980’s.

My only complaint about this Selena series on Netflix so far is some of the skyline shots of San Antonio. They’re in the 80s and they show the grand Hyatt downtown every time
