Rudy’s BBQ is taking over the spot that use to be Grady’s at 327 E. Nakoma Dr. off of 281. The spot will be serving up all the Rudy’s BBQ classics such as the cream corn, brisket, potato salad, pinto beans, ribs, turkey, chicken, sausage, cole slaw and Rudy’s beans as well as their infamous peach cobbler.
This marks the BBQ chain’s fourth San Antonio Location. The other three locations are at 10623 Westover Hills (near Sea World), 24152 W. I-10 (Leon Springs), and 15560 I-35 North (Selma, TX).
Their press release states “locals already smell the smoke from ‘a mile away.”
