Rosario’s Brings Rooftop Energy to Fiesta
SAN ANTONIO, TX — March 30, 2026 — Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar is turning up the heat this Fiesta season, inviting locals and visitors to celebrate with rooftop parties, limited-time offerings, and a vibrant Southtown atmosphere from April 16 through April 26.
Known for its contemporary take on Mexican cuisine and lively rooftop lounge, Rosario’s is rolling out a series of Fiesta-themed activations designed to capture the spirit of San Antonio’s biggest celebration.
Guests can sip on a limited-time Fruit Cup Margarita, served on the rocks and topped with candy straws, available while supplies last. The restaurant will also offer exclusive Fiesta merchandise, including medals for $10 and Fiesta T-shirts for $15.
One of the highlights of the celebration comes during the King William Fair on Saturday, April 25, when Rosario’s will host tequila tastings across multiple areas of the venue. The rooftop will feature El Tequileño and Carabuena, while the downstairs bar will showcase Patrón, Lunazul, and Cazadores.
The rooftop lounge will also be transformed with Fiesta-themed décor and a dedicated photo booth, giving guests a chance to capture the colorful moments throughout the celebration.
Throughout Fiesta, the rooftop will serve as the central hub for guests looking to take in the festivities from an elevated vantage point. The space is reserved for guests 25 and older, offering a more refined yet energetic experience above the city.

- Friday: 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.
- Saturday: 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
- Sunday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
