Throughout the month of July, Chef Javi Gutierrez’s Porc Slab pop-up will partner with Fife & Farro on a limited-time Porchetta Pizza. Five percent of proceeds from the specialty pizza will benefit the San Antonio Food Bank.

Oysters, ceviche and mariachi

Seafood lovers can enjoy $2 oysters every Friday through Sunday at The Raw Bar as part of the restaurant’s Tides of Texas programming.

Every Tuesday, guests can also learn how to prepare fresh ceviche during interactive cooking classes, with optional wine pairings available.

Meanwhile, Mariachi Nights return to the Mezcaleria every Thursday.

The evening begins with happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., tequila tastings at 6 p.m., followed by live mariachi performances starting at 7 p.m.
