San Antonio, TX – February 24, 2025 – Portillo’s is set to open a brand-new restaurant in Schertz, Texas, bringing its famous Chicago-style cuisine to the local community. Located at IH35 and Cibolo Valley Drive, the 6,250-square-foot restaurant will showcase a modern “Restaurant of the Future” design with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant has not yet set an opening date, we anticipate something soon though, we can feel it!
