San Diego based The Baked Bear is a popular West Coast ice cream establishment that specializes in custom ice cream sandwiches. They have stores in eight states including Texas with shops in Austin and El Paso.
Other than the specialized custom ice cream sandwiches, the shop also serves up cookies, ice cream, hot fudge sundae and the bear bowl which is a warm chocolate chip cookie or brownie bowl with one scoop of ice cream.
Now, The Baked Bear is about to open up their location at the Shops at La Cantera this Summer on July 12th at 7p.m.
