Leon Springs based Rudy’s “Country Store” and Bar-B-Que is about to open up in front of the former Grady’s BBQ restaurant right off of Nakoma and Highway 281 near the San Antonio International Airport. This new location marks the fourth establishment in San Antonio and will be the most centralized spot. Rudy’s still has the original location at Leon Springs, one in Westover Hills near Sea World and Selma, Texas off of I-35.
The restaurant is looking to open around October.
