PNC financial institution to expand into San Antonio
Pitsburgh based PNC Financial Service Group Inc. just announced that they will be expanding into several new markets next year, including Austin and San Antonio. PNC stands for Pittsburgh National Corporation.
PNC does have a presence here in South Texas with an office in New Braunfels for their financial operations center. The office has the capability to house more than 500 employees at full capacity, but they don’t have any banks here as yet.
Wednesday morning, CEO, chairman and president of PNC Bill Demchak revealed the new cities during the third-quarter earnings call with financial analysts.
The financial giant current has locations in North Texas and The Woodlands near Houston Texas.
