Phase III of Open Texas raises the occupancy of restaurants to 75%

Friday Governor Greg Abbott’s “Open Texas” plan calls for restaurants to raise the capacity to 75% of the occupancy level.

The occupancy level only applies to the restaurants that make less than 51% of their gross sales from alcohol.

Restaurants can continue to provide to-go, curbside or delivery services.

Bars and similar establishments will remain at 50% of the occupancy until further notice.

Groups must maintain social distancing of 6-feet apart from other people.

Tables should be separated 6 feet part from other tables.

No more than 10 people can be at one table.
