The San Antonio Oyster Bake celebrates their 107th year and gives back to the students of St. Mary’s University. Those attending the OB each year support the students education and their growth as future community leaders. Over the years millions of dollars have been contributed to the university’s programs and student scholarships.
In case you were wondering, the bake goes through 100,000 oysters and about 32,000 chicken-on-a-stick with jalapeño’s. Wow, that’s a lot!
Pre-sale tickets to this year’s bake will be available on March 6th through 31st online.
