The restaurant / bar Hello Paradise which is located at 520 E. Grayson St. will welcome customers at the end of October. Dara and Kusol Maknual, the owners of Yai’s Mobile Kitchen that sat outside of Still Golden will be running the restaurant portion.
They will be focusing on noodle type of dishes that can be paired with tom yum soup and panang curry, which is typically served with rice but this dish will be with noodles. You won’t be able to find pad Thai or pad see ew dishes at this establishment. Jeret said that their goal is to serve up authentic Thai noodle brothy dishes and cross over noodle broth dishes that you’ll be able to slurp down along with their frozen drinks from the Tiki bar.
They will keep their popular spring rolls and fried chicken wings they’re known for as well as south cross over dishes featuring burrito stuffed with rice and a beef panang curry. Sounds delicious.
Patrons will be able to enjoy 4,000 square-foot of spacious outdoor seating and limited seating inside the restaurant.
