New taco chain coming soon the the Northeast side of town
The story of Rusty Taco started with founder Rusty Fenton coming back from a fishing trip in Acapulco, MX and taking a bite out of a ceviche taco and at that moment he was hooked.
Fenton had converted a Dallas, Texas area gas station into a small taco joint. Thereafter his concept took off and started expanding. Now, the expansion reached San Antonio. The new restaurant will be built on the Northeast side of town off of 1604 and Bulverde Road.
According to Rusty Taco’s website, everything is made fresh and by hand from their chips to the margaritas. The place is a perfect spot for family and friends to grab something to eat and drink and hangout.
Their menu consists of many taco options ranging from all-day breakfast tacos to fish, chicken, beef, brisket, bean, and veggie tacos. Choose from homemade sides made with love like their chips and guacamole or queso.
