Chef Jason Dady, known for his innovative approach and exceptional culinary skills, has designed a menu that showcases a harmonious fusion of traditional Tuscan flavors and the bold, vibrant tastes of South Texas. Some standout dishes include Tuscan Risotto Arancini with black truffle aioli, Porcini-Crusted Onion Rings with balsamic cipollini jam, and Wagyu Black Pepper-Parmigiano Meatballs with San Marzano tomatoes.

Roca & Martillo is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, with a special bar menu available upstairs and throughout the outdoor lounge.
