New irish pub to open before St. Patrick’s day in the Quarry

The parent company of Mo’s Irish Pub, Mo’s Restaurants which is a Milwaukee based restaurant chain with four locations in Milwaukee and three in the Houston area is expanding to San Antonio at the Quarry (255 E. Basse Rd. #1400.)

The doors of Mo’s Irish Pub San Antonio inside the Quarry where the former Joe’s Crab Shack was located, are opening their doors on March 5th at 4pm and the kitchen operating an hour later. The establishment will be a gathering spot for friends, family and a place to make new friends. With live bands to enjoy every weekend paired with a delicious dish and a cold beverage, you’ll find yourself staying awhile.

There will be over 40 large screen televisions throughout the pub making game day enjoyable. The pub specializes in a 3-step Guinness perfect pour process making every Guinness perfect.

Happy hour falls Monday through Friday from 3 – 6pm with 22 drafts on tap for $2.22 which is not a bad deal at all. If you’re hungry, the kitchen will cook up some delicious Irish inspired dishes such as the cheeseburger shalaylee. Mmm…

Live entertainment will begin on March 7th starting with Rodney Overturff.
