New global burger chain to open in San Antonio
Connecticut based Wayback Burgers has over 150 locations worldwide. They’re about to open the doors to their Northside location at 1723 N. Loop 1604 E. next week. The chain is not stopping at one location in San Antonio. They’re prepping to open a second location at 3142 Pat Booker Road in Universal City.
The restaurant specializes not only in burgers but hot-dogs, sandwiches, chicken, cheesesteak, veggie burgers, salads and hand-dipped milkshakes. The burger they’re known for is called Cheeeesy. This particular entreĂ© is made with four slices of melted American cheese and two beef patties between an inverted, grilled buttered bun.
This burger chain has more than 10 locations in Texas including Round Rock.
