The new Arizona based Cajun kitchen are prepping to open up their doors to the public by early 2021. It’s called VooDoo Daddy’s Steam Kitchen located at 217 River Street in their first ever franchise deal.
Their home operations are based out of Tempe Arizona. Angela and George Green along with Christine and John Verhelst will be the franchise operators.
Nestled in the historic Seguin town square inside an 1920 era hotel you can feel the Cajun replication of a traditional New Orleans restaurant. They will be serving up Cajun dishes such as jambalaya, gumbo, and steamy pan roasts. They’ll be serving up Cajun sides such as red beans and rice.
If you’re thirsty, they’ll have signature craft cocktails like the VooDoo Doll, which is made up of pineapple juice, pomegranate syrup and topped with a fresh pineapple wedge. They’ll also be serving up different hurricane flavors.
Seguin is about 35 miles east of San Antonio.
