Bovino’s Churrascaria selected San Antonio as their first U.S. location in The Shops at La Cantera next to P.F. Changs. The chain has restaurants in Mexico at resorts in Cancùn and Playa del Carmen.
Before your meal, you can take advantage of the gourmet specialties bar where there’s something to satisfy your palate out of the 50 choices ranging from ceviche to salad to pasta and vegetables.
Patrons will be offered the most succulent premium cuts, rodízio style, meaning customers don’t order in a traditional manner nor they do a buffet style. Instead, an assortment of dishes are brought to you, tableside for your choosing.
You’ll get to enjoy a various prime selection of seafood such as locust, octopus, grilled shrimp and oysters rockefeller brought to your table as well as speciality cut meats like beef, lamb, pork and fowl.
Also if you’re a bit thirsty, they have a very large wine selection and handcrafted beverages. If you still have room, you can top it all off with a decadent desert like a brigadeiro, papaya cream and créme bruleé to name a few from their selection.
According to their Facebook post, they expect to open sometime in December.
