SAN ANTONIO, TX โ The NBA has officially revealed all 30 custom court designs for the upcoming Emirates NBA Cup 2025, giving each team a unique, fully-painted home floor for this yearโs in-season tournament โ including a striking new design for the San Antonio Spurs.
The third edition of the Emirates NBA Cup tips off October 31 with an eight-game opening slate, streaming on Prime Video and NBA League Pass.
Each court was designed by artist Victor Solomon, who also created the NBA Cup courts last season and collaborated with Tiffany & Co. on the tournament trophy. The 2025 courts feature vibrant gradient color schemes, symbolic 5ร5 mosaic grids, and personalized overlays celebrating each teamโs city and culture.
For the Spurs, the new design showcases a sleek, modern gradient in the teamโs signature black, silver, and white palette, with bold lettering across center court and baseline details representing San Antonioโs identity.
Among the key design features shared across all NBA Cup courts:
-
Team-Based Gradients: Each court features an angled gradient inspired by the host teamโs primary color.
-
Contrasting Aprons: Home teams will wear Nike NBA Statement Edition uniforms to match the apron color, while away teams will don Association Edition uniforms.
-
5ร5 Mosaic Grid: A symbolic overlay representing both the five players on the floor and the five teams per group.
-
City-Centered Design: Each court displays the teamโs city or state name at center court with the team nickname or logo on the baselines.
-
Hidden Details: Engraved at center court on the trophy base inside the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers arenas are the years each team won the previous NBA Cups.
Group Play action runs Oct. 31โNov. 28, followed by Knockout Rounds, with the Semifinals and Finals taking place in Las Vegas on December 13 and 16.
Fans can view all 30 court designs and follow full tournament details on NBA.com and the NBA App.
For San Antonio fans, this new court is more than just a floor โ itโs a stage for the next generation of Spurs basketball to shine under the bright lights of the NBAโs newest tradition.
