From January 11 through January 17, the downtown cocktail bar will host Mocktail Week, featuring a curated lineup of zero-proof cocktails and non-alcoholic beers designed to deliver the full bar experience minus the alcohol.

Ambler’s Mocktail Week menu highlights premium non-alcoholic spirits from Ritual, blended with fresh juices, house syrups, and classic cocktail techniques. Each mocktail is priced at $14 and crafted to mirror the depth and balance of traditional cocktails.

• Tiki Buck – Ritual rum, pineapple, lime, demerara syrup, and ginger beer

• Cozy Blanket – Ritual tequila, cinnamon syrup, pomegranate, and lime
