On Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 7pm is when Luminaria takes place inside Hemisfair! The free admission, open to the public event welcomes all ages to check out the transformation of urban spaces with illuminated showcases from various 50+ artists from far and near.

There will be live entertainment throughout the night to enjoy at four stages throughout the event.

If you come hungry, that won’t be a problem because you’ll find food trucks throughout the event to fill your appetite.

Luminaria takes it a day further this year with a special Sunday evening performance at Mission San Jose starting at 4pm with the performance at 5pm and staying open until 7pm.

A special live performance by Agarita will feature music from the past 300 years in celebration of the city’s tricentennial.

Agarita are local musicians who perform with violin, viola, cello and piano combining the ensemble with narratives and story lines through music. It sure will be a treat to see up close and personal.
