Shoppers can now add The Shops at La Cantera to their list of dog friendly establishments. According to The Shops at La Cantera website, they now welcome four-legged friends.
Well behaved dogs will be allowed in the common areas of the mall but it is up to each individual retailer if dogs are welcomed or not.
The mall has set some ground rules for those who bring their pet.
- Dogs must be on-leash at all times and under control.
- Dog owners will have access to waste disposal bags that are place throughout the mall to clean up any accidents.
- Dogs that show aggressive or disruptive behavior are not allowed inside the common areas.
- Dogs will not be allowed in the fountains or the children’s play area.
- All dogs should have up-to-date shots and required to wear a dog tag.
The mall released a short list of retailers that are fido friendly.
Abercrombie, Abercrombie Kids, Aldo, Ann Taylor, Anthropologie, Apple, Athleta, Aveda, Bath & Body Works, Bevello, Brighton Collectibles, Buckle, Charlotte Russe, Clarks, Finish Line, Hannah Andersson, Hollister, Johnston & Murphy, Journeys, Kay Jewelers, Kendra Scott, L’Occitane, Lacoste, Lululemon, LUSH, MAC, Madewell, Microsoft, NYX, Oakley, Origins, Sephora, Soft Surroundings, Solstice, Steve Madden, Stuart Weitzman, Swarovski, The Art of Shaving, T-Mobile, Tommy Bahama, Tory Burch, Tory Sport, Vera Bradley, Zales, Z-Gallerie. More are to be added, so if you don’t see your favorite retailer on this list, be sure to call ahead.
