Local grocer chain to host large drive-thru flu shot event
San Antonio based H-E-B will be hosting a flu shot drive-thru event on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m.
Pharmacists will be conducting the flu shots at a set up in the parking lot of the Freeman Coliseum (3201 E. Houston St.). Most major insurance will be accepted and the flu shots will be at no charge for those without insurance said the press release.
Register and schedule an appointment at HEB.com/pharmacy. Those who registered can drive up and get their vaccination while in their vehicle. Masks and social distancing practices will be in place for everyone’s safety.
Registrations must be per each individual, including children aged 3 or older to get a flu shot on 9/26.
