LDEI San Antonio Accepting Scholarship Applications for 2026
San Antonio women pursuing careers in the culinary, hospitality, beverage, and agriculture industries now have an opportunity to receive financial support for their education. The San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) has opened applications for its 2026 scholarship program.
The organization will award up to $20,000 in scholarships to support women enrolled in post-secondary programs related to food, beverage, hospitality, and agricultural fields. The initiative aims to invest in the next generation of leaders within San Antonio’s growing culinary and hospitality scene.
Since 1995, LDEI San Antonio has awarded more than 94 scholarships, totaling over $329,000. The program continues to play a role in helping local women advance their education and build careers in industries that are vital to the region’s economy and culture.
Past scholarship recipients have attended institutions including the University of the Incarnate Word, St. Philip’s College, Johnson & Wales University, and The Culinary Institute of America, among other higher education programs.
To qualify, applicants must demonstrate financial need, be enrolled in an accredited institution, and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Eligibility is limited to women residing in San Antonio, Bexar County, or surrounding counties.
Completed applications must be submitted by May 31, 2026. Applications may be submitted online or emailed to scholarships@ldeisa.org. Scholarship recipients will be notified by June 30, 2026, and funds will be distributed directly to recipients’ educational institutions.
