From November through February, guests can immerse themselves in a serene winter wonderland, indulge in unique dining experiences, and take advantage of exclusive holiday promotions.
Winter Chalet: A Cozy Holiday Retreat
The hotel’s interior courtyard has been transformed into the Winter Chalet, a charming holiday retreat featuring evergreens, cozy seating, and atmospheric lighting. Open to guests through February 28, 2025, the Winter Chalet is a picture-perfect backdrop for holiday photos and a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Guests staying at Kimpton Santo can enjoy the Winter Chalet during daily morning coffee service and evening social hours, offering a chance to relax and connect in this beautifully designed space.

Kimpton Santo is also introducing private snow globe-style domes for an unforgettable dining experience at Dean’s Steak & Seafood. Available in the hotel’s historic courtyard, these heated domes offer a cozy and unique setting for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.
- Reservations: Open now for dates between November 23, 2024, and February 28, 2025.
- Costs:
- $100 food and beverage minimum per hour, per table for lunch and brunch.
- $150 food and beverage minimum per person for dinner (up to three hours).
These minimums apply toward guests’ food and beverage costs and offer an exclusive way to enjoy Kimpton Santo’s exceptional culinary offerings.
