SAN ANTONIO, TX — Chef Jason Dady Restaurants is preparing to celebrate Easter Sunday with a trio of festive brunch experiences across San Antonio, offering a mix of prix fixe menus and buffet-style dining at three of its popular concepts.

Reservations are now open for Easter brunch on Sunday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Roca & Martillo, Range, and Tre Trattoria, each delivering a distinct take on the holiday meal with seasonal flavors and signature dishes.

At Roca & Martillo, guests can enjoy a brunch buffet priced at $59.95 per person, with a children’s option available for $19.95. The buffet will feature a variety of sweet and savory offerings, including freshly baked muffins and croissants, yogurt with granola, and a fresh fruit bar. Hot dishes include Spinach & White Cheddar Frittata, Petite Lemon Baked Salmon, Chicken & Waffle Bites, and a Tuscan Marinated Sirloin carving station. The spread is complemented by salads, fresh Tigelle bread, and limited-edition drink specials.

Downtown at Range, diners can experience a four-course, Tuscan-inspired brunch for $49.95 per person, with a kids’ menu priced at $19.95. The meal begins with an Easter Rosé Spritz aperitif, followed by a choice of soup or salad. A shared Chef’s Spring Board featuring baked brie, housemade jam, crackers, and honeycomb will be served to each table. Entrée selections include White Cheddar Garden Frittata and Campagnelle Bolognese Classico, with dessert featuring a Mississippi Mud Pie layered with Nutella torte, chocolate ganache, and vanilla Chantilly.

Tre Trattoria will also offer a four-course brunch priced at $59.95 per guest, with a children’s option available for $19.95. The experience begins with an optional Blush & Bloom aperitif, followed by a starter and a shared table course of Prosciutto di Parma with melon, artisan torta, and honeycomb. Entrée highlights include Herb-Crusted Salmon and Nutella Stuffed French Toast, with dessert centered around a Nutella-inspired trio featuring torte, ganache, and mousse.

Guests dining at Range and Tre Trattoria can also opt for wine pairings for an additional $29.95 per person.

All three locations are offering reservations through OpenTable, with organizers encouraging early booking as demand is expected to be high.

With a range of dining styles from buffet to multi-course experiences, Jason Dady Restaurants is once again providing San Antonio families with multiple ways to celebrate Easter through food, hospitality, and seasonal flavors.
