SAN ANTONIO — Isidore’s Anthology Dinner Series is back with its third installment, returning Thursday, November 20, for an immersive culinary experience that bridges Texas’s coastal landscapes with bright Peruvian flavors. This edition pairs the acclaimed team at Isidore with James Beard Award nominee Emil Oliva, chef and founder of Leche de Tigre, for a one-night collaboration celebrating land, sea, and the flavors that define the Gulf region.
The rotating Anthology Dinner Series was created to highlight the stories, ingredients, and culinary traditions that shape Texas cuisine. Each event brings together chefs, artisans, and creative partners to explore the state’s diverse landscapes through seasonal sourcing and shared creativity—all within the award-winning setting of Isidore at Pullman Market.
For this special collaboration, Chef Oliva and the Isidore team will showcase a menu inspired by the Texas coastline, balancing Gulf-sourced ingredients with Oliva’s Peruvian coastal roots. The result is a vibrant, fresh, and expressive celebration of coastal cooking—where the traditions of Texas and Peru meet in harmony.
Guided by the bright, citrus-forward flavors that define Leche de Tigre, guests can expect an ingredient-driven lineup that honors both regions’ seasonal bounty. The dinner will offer a relaxed, seated experience, with dishes served à la carte, allowing diners to curate their own journey through land and sea.
