For July, the “Chef’s Plate of the Month” is Chef Garcia’s delectable buffalo chicken sliders. This dish features tender, juicy chicken coated in the restaurant’s famous wing sauce, enhanced with hints of guajillo pepper and a touch of honey for sweetness. The sliders are topped with a bed of crunchy celery slaw and served on delicious brioche-style slider rolls from the local bakery, Slow Dough Bread Co. To complement the sliders, Q Kitchen | Bar offers a selection of local Texas beers on tap, including options from Weathered Souls Brewing Company and Shiner.
