Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk’s Q Kitchen | Bar Announces Chef’s Appetizer of the Month for September

San Antonio, TX (August 29, 2024) – Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk, a newly-renovated hotel located in the heart of Downtown San Antonio, has unveiled its “Appetizer of the Month” for September. The specialty dish is created by the hotel’s Chef Tourant Katelynn Garcia and will be available throughout the month at Q Kitchen | Bar, located in the hotel’s stunning atrium lobby with views of the River Walk setting.

The September “Appetizer of the Month” will be a bruschetta trio. The dish will feature a fresh selections of a salmon crostini, caprese crostini, and grilled artichoke crostini. In addition to the specialty dish, Q Kitchen | Bar will also continue to serve its delicious menu of chef-crafted food, with dishes ranging from Alamo Huevos Rancheros to Smoked Salmon Bagels and the perennial favorite Tejas Steak and Eggs. Chef Tournant Katelynn Garcia graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2018. Garcia has worked at several prestigious establishments including the Sagamore restaurant in New York, The Driskill Hotel in Austin, and Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio. She was recently awarded a grant from San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association’s Career Development Fund where she traveled to Mexico City and Oaxaca, Mexico, to study the local culinary scene.
