SAN ANTONIO – Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas has announced its Christmas Day dining offerings, inviting both resort guests and the local community to celebrate the holiday with two elevated culinary experiences at Springhouse Café and Antlers Lodge.
Located on 300 scenic acres in the Texas Hill Country, the newly renovated resort will feature an extravagant holiday buffet at Springhouse Café alongside a refined four-course Christmas dinner at Antlers Lodge.

The Springhouse Café Christmas Day buffet will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will showcase an extensive menu including seasonal salads, charcuterie and cheese selections, an artisan bread display, and a raw bar featuring smoked salmon, Old Bay citrus-marinated poached shrimp, and mini lobster rolls. Carving stations will include pistachio citrus-crusted salmon and rosemary garlic oak-smoked prime rib.
Additional entrées include brined and smoked French breast of chicken, mustard-crusted pork tenderloin roulade, lobster mac and cheese, butternut squash soup, and other seasonal favorites. Dessert offerings will feature more than a dozen house-made selections such as mini eggnog crème brûlée, chocolate layer cake, cranberry orange panna cotta, banana pudding shooters, apple pear cobbler, and assorted Christmas cookies.
The Springhouse Café buffet is priced at $55 for adults, $35 for children ages 6 to 12, and complimentary for children 5 and under. Reservations are required.
Antlers Lodge will offer a festive four-course Christmas dinner from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The meal begins with an amuse bouche of caramelized fresh figs, followed by a choice of winter field greens salad or French-style onion soup. Entrée options include herb-roasted prime rib, Dijon-crusted rack of lamb, roasted breast of duck, or a vegetable pot pie.
Each table will select three family-style side dishes, including options such as crispy Brussels sprouts with maple soy glaze and roasted baby carrots with orange balsamic reduction. The dinner concludes with a chocolate cake ornament featuring chocolate mousse and raspberry gelée.
The Antlers Lodge Christmas dinner is priced at $110 for adults and $65 for children 12 and under. Tickets are required for this dining experience.
