SAN ANTONIO — Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa is inviting families to celebrate Mother’s Day with a special holiday brunch experience designed to bring loved ones together over a thoughtfully curated menu.
The brunch will take place Sunday, May 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the resort’s Springhouse Café, offering a mix of classic breakfast favorites and elevated culinary selections.
Guests can expect a variety of brunch staples, including traditional golden pancakes, made-to-order omelets, and an assortment of artisanal breads and pastries. The menu also features a raw bar with poached shrimp and lobster rolls, along with a carving station serving smoked prime rib, Al Pastor snapper, and smoked Berkshire ham finished with a pineapple sorghum glaze.
Additional offerings will round out the experience, creating a wide selection of options for guests of all ages.
Pricing is set at $95 for adults and $35 for children ages 6 to 12, while children 5 and under will dine free.
