The holiday event will take place on Sunday, April 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the resortโ€™s Springhouse Cafรฉ, welcoming both resort guests and the local community for a festive dining experience.

The Easter brunch buffet will feature an extensive selection of seasonal offerings, beginning with a cold bar showcasing fresh fruit, charcuterie, and local cheeses. A raw bar will include items such as citrus-marinated poached shrimp, mini lobster rolls served on brioche, and smoked salmon.

Guests can also explore a variety of hot dishes, including spiced coconut carrot soup and peach cobbler French toast. A carving station will highlight smoked Berkshire ham with maple mustard glaze and herb-crusted smoked prime rib, alongside a made-to-order omelet station.

Dessert options will include more than a dozen house-made pastries and sweets, ranging from mini cheesecakes and carrot cake with cream cheese icing to macarons and white peach panna cotta. For those looking to elevate the experience, a bottomless mimosa and Bloody Mary bar will be available as a $35 add-on.

In addition to the brunch, the resort will host two Easter egg hunts for attendees and overnight guests, scheduled for 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., adding a family-friendly element to the dayโ€™s celebrations.

Pricing for the Easter brunch is set at $85 for adults and $36 for children ages 6 to 12, while children 5 and under dine free.

Reservations are required and can be made online through the resortโ€™s website or by calling (210) 647-1234 ext. 6110.
