Hyatt Regency Hill Country Debuts Valentine’s Weekend Experiences

SAN ANTONIO, Texas (Jan. 21, 2025) — Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Villas has unveiled a lineup of romance-inspired dining, spa offerings, and an overnight package designed to create an unforgettable Valentine’s Day weekend in the Texas Hill Country.

Set across 300 scenic acres, the newly renovated resort is inviting couples to escape for a weekend focused on relaxation, connection, and memorable experiences. The Valentine’s programming includes a limited-time romance package, curated spa services, a themed “Til Death Do Us Part” murder mystery event, and an intimate dinner for two at the resort’s signature restaurant.

Valentine’s Day Dining at Antlers Lodge

The resort’s signature restaurant, Antlers Lodge, will offer a special prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu available Friday, Feb. 13, and Saturday, Feb. 14.

The multi-course menu begins with a choice of oysters Rockefeller or a spinach artichoke croquette, followed by a second course of lobster bisque or beet salad. Entrée selections include spicy seafood diavolo featuring shrimp, lobster, and scallops, or steak au poivre served with duck fat waffle fries.
